My clients have told me how nervous or self-conscious they felt using commercial gyms. I understand. I want to give you that confidence!

Training with me in my private facility you will be truly 1:1 getting support, motivation and encouragement every step of the way. There is no need to worry about other gym users or feel self-conscious. Our sessions will be completely 1 to 1.  Just turn up, park straight outside and come enjoy your session. 

I'm truly passionate about what I do. Personally I have had a keen interest in fitness and nutrition for over 20 years. At the age of 40, I followed my dreams and my heart and qualified as a gym instructor and a personal trainer. Since then I have qualified in pre/postnatal exercise and nutrition and I am currently doing the BTN Academy level 4 nutrition qualification. I am a wife and a mum. I understand the struggles of daily life. I want to help you to reach your goals using simple, effective, proven methods.
